Social Media Management – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Description
Benevolo provides Social Media Management services to support nonprofit visibility, storytelling, and engagement. Services include content creation and scheduled posting across supported social media platforms as outlined in the selected service package.
2. Services Included
This service includes:
15 social media posts per month
Posting across the following platforms:
TikTok
Caption writing and basic hashtag usage
Scheduled publishing based on best practices
Unless otherwise stated in writing, this service does not include community management, direct message responses, paid advertising, or custom video production.
3. Content Approval & Revisions
Content may be created based on information, branding, and direction provided by the client
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content in a timely manner, if approval is requested
Reasonable revisions are included; excessive or repeated revisions may require additional fees
Failure to provide feedback or approvals may result in posts being published as scheduled.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate branding assets, messaging guidelines, and mission details
Confirm that all provided content, images, and information are owned or licensed for use
Ensure content complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and organizational standards
Benevolo is not responsible for claims arising from inaccurate or misleading information supplied by the client.
5. Platform Limitations & Changes
Benevolo is not responsible for:
Platform outages, algorithm changes, or feature limitations
Reduced reach, engagement, or visibility due to platform policies
Account restrictions, suspensions, or removals imposed by social media platforms
Performance may vary based on factors outside Benevolo’s control.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Benevolo does not guarantee:
Follower growth
Engagement rates
Donations, sign-ups, or conversions
Social media performance depends on audience behavior, platform algorithms, and external factors.
7. Posting Schedule & Unused Content
Posts are distributed throughout the month at Benevolo’s discretion unless otherwise agreed
Unused posts do not roll over to future months unless explicitly stated in writing
8. Term, Billing & Cancellation
Social Media Management services are billed monthly
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has begun
Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice unless a minimum commitment is specified in a separate agreement
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use the created social media content
Benevolo retains the right to reuse non-identifiable concepts, templates, or generalized content structures
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benevolo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Social Media Management services.
11. Acceptance
Engaging Social Media Management services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
